About Us
New Journeys Transitional Home’s (NJTH) mission is to decrease the rate of homelessness for young women by providing an immediate, safe, affordable and nurturing housing environment that promotes independence and self-sufficiency. We seek to empower and enhance the lives of young women by offering a wide-range of support services.
NJTH is a quaint home that helps create the loving and nurturing environment these youth deserve. NJTH has warmly furnished double rooms, a common living area for leisure time and an office space for workshops and computer use.
